As proud owner of Fresh Food Catering, Colleen is an accomplished hospitality industry professional, with over 15 years of experience in private country clubs, hotels, fine dining and higher education environments. She started her career at the Essex County Club where she established lifelong North Shore relationships. Colleen then gave many years to Starwood Hotels learning all aspects of the hotel environment coordinating events for Fortune 500 companies to MLB teams from across the country. Emerson College knocked on her door to be their Catering Director working under both ARAMARK and Sodexo food services to plan Commencement Receptions, Open Houses, and dinners at President’s house.
As a result of her extensive background, Colleen knows what truly drives client conversations, exceeds customer expectations, and makes her guests happy. It’s her strong passion for superb customer service, creative vision, and vibrant personality that fires her drive with each new event.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Endicott College.
Colleen resides in Beverly with her husband and two children. When she’s not busy planning events, you can find her practicing her culinary skills at home, being active outdoors, and spending time with her family at Good Harbor Beach!
